The 2012 Robotics Competition Kick Off took place on Saturday, January 7 at Upper Darby High School.

Last year the kickoff at Upper Darby High School was marked by a lot of enthusiasm, along with some snow and slush.  This year's kickoff on Saturday, January 7, 2012 brought area Robotics teams together with almost balmy weather.  After learning about the competition game, Rebound Rumble, and picking up the kit of parts, the team met back at the Strath Haven High School Library, where they brainstormed ideas for game strategy and robot design.  Team members  used the SMARTBoards to present their findings, and have been meeting every day after school and on Saturdays to build our robot.  We have until February 21 to design and complete and test the Positronic Panther robot.

Attending the 2010 FIRST Championship!

 Team 486, The Positronic Panthers, will be attending the 2010 US FIRST Championship in Atlanta, Georgia. In order to attend, many meetings were held and communication was vital to our success.
